Amendment

Portative Technologies has the right to modify this Terms of Use Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. Any modification will be effective immediately upon either posting on the home page or by a message from Portative Technologies sent to you by electronic mail or conventional mail. If any modification to this Terms of Use Agreement is unacceptable to you, you may immediately terminate your registration or cease using the site.
